Take a moment to Tour Our Lab

Entering the lab, we see the extensive storage system designed for the clinical staff to have quick access to the waiting completed case work.

Welcome to our porcelain and metal finishing areas. Note the extensive use of laboratory microscopes of which we have three. The porcelain oven is a fully computerized unit. It allows the ceramicist to place intraoral photographs, exposed by the doctor, on the oven for color comparisons. Extensive lighting has been a major aspect of the design of this facility. All of this equipment is from Germany. Everything is Kavo EWL or Ivoclar by manufacture. Our lab was designed and built in Germany and then rebuilt by German technicians at our location.

This is our wax and gypsum room. Our fixed prosthodontics technician Becky loves to keep everything clean and that makes everyone happy. It is so unusual to see a lab kept this clean and we are proud of that fact.

This is a big part of keeping the efficiency of the lab at peak performance levels. Everything is where it is expected to be at all times for everyone's use.

This is our hot lab. We have everything needed to cast both high noble dental alloy and chrome cobalt alloy for partial denture frameworks here. Note the electro polishing equipment for chrome cobalt as well as the boil out, acrylic packing and acrylic processing areas needed for complete denture fabrication.
